Dear mottLAB Canada Customers and Partners,
As we look ahead to the new year, we want to share an important update with you.
After many years with mottLAB Canada, Murray Holmes, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Sam Angiola, Vice President of Operations, will be retiring effective December 31, 2026. Murray joined mottLAB in 2013, and Sam has been with the company since 1997. We are grateful for their leadership, dedication and the many relationships they have built over the years, and we wish them all the best in their retirement.
As we begin this next chapter, we are pleased to introduce the team that will lead mottLAB Canada forward:
Angelo Ramos – Vice President
Angelo brings more than 17 years of construction industry experience and has spent the past five years with mottLAB, working across sales, client relations and operations. In his new role, he looks forward to building on mottLAB’s strong foundation while strengthening customer relationships and supporting continued growth.
Dave Smith – Operations Manager
Dave brings 26 years of experience in project management and design, including 17 years with mottLAB as a Project Manager. He looks forward to applying his industry knowledge, experience and collaboration to strengthen continued success of mottLAB’s operations.
Elvis Sergo – Sales Manager
Elvis has been with mottLAB for 25 years, beginning as a co-op student and spending 16 years as a Project Manager before moving into regional sales. His experience in both project management and sales gives him a strong understanding of our customers and their needs.
Susanna Caramelo – Administration Manager
Susanna has been with mottLAB for 11 years, working in office, project and contract administration. With 21 years of construction industry experience, she brings a strong understanding of the business. She will focus on collaboration, operational excellence and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
