This new research institute for clinical trials and pediatric research was designed by CannonDesign, with McCarthy Building Companies as General Contractor and Jacobs as Project Manager. The tower features five floors of specialty clinics; a dedicated research floor for clinical trials and pediatric studies; oncology infusion services; a comprehensive imaging center; and a variety of vital resources for children and their families.

On the 9th floor, the basic and translational laboratories are outfitted with 46 of Mott Manufacturing’s Optima™ benches with integrated EdgeWave™ LED task lighting, painted steel casework and Fundermax phenolic resin work surfaces. These flexible, durable workstations provide the foundation for groundbreaking research - supporting scientists as they develop new drugs, devices, and diagnostics to advance pediatric care.
